Good quality. I should have gotten one bigger but didn’t realize until after using. Fine for herbs but if making guac only goes for one avocado and then a little crowded.
This is a sizeable mortar and pestle that lives up to the description. I lost my other one when we moved and needed a replacement and what 10/10 buy it again.

so solid that i don't have to pound with the pestle, just turning it around on the mortar without lifting the pestle does a good job of crushing black peppers and other spices. seems authentic
