When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
My tracking hasn’t updated yet — what does this mean?
Tracking updates may pause while your package is in transit between facilities. This is normal and updates will resume once the next carrier scan occurs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@asziszgroup.com. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What is your return policy?

I entered the wrong address — can it be corrected?
